Since 2019, they have supported marginalized women and facilitated groups across the world, helping clients move through personal, relational, and systemic challenges with clarity and compassion.

As a bilingual (Spanish/English) practitioner with lived experience supporting a family member with complex mental health challenges, Elizabeth offers a rare combination of cultural attunement, emotional steadiness, and practical understanding. Their professional background includes work in trauma integration, immigration and acculturation, communication, crisis navigation, and the neurological foundations of mental health.
